This is a full-bodied, medium/dark roasted blend to enjoy any time of the day. It is roasted from Guatemala and Columbia Arabica beans. 

Aroma: Dark Chocolate with Roasted Peanuts.
Taste: Initial nippy acidity, changing to Dark Chocolate, leaving a pleasant, lingering sweet aftertaste.

It is suitable for all brewing methods.
